Karl’s Yoga Teaching Style

The class is designed to take you on an inward journey using the body, asanas, awareness and breath. In the process, the body becomes energized and relaxed, the mind centered and still.  Elements of the three main hatha yoga traditions of ashtanga, Iyengar and viniyoga are woven together into a "slow flow", a devotional dance where movement in a vinyasa flow is linked with precision and alignment, awareness and reverence to assure the safe arrival at the destination of bliss.
